The Revolution Will Not Be Televised

This week will see plenty of fuss about David Beckham moving to America, but what happened the last time 'soccer' had a high profile in America?

Other highlights include two major documentaries about the far-right in America - one on the Aryan Brotherhood, the other on the truly dreadful Prussian Blue (that's the band, not the rabbit).

Sun 15 July 9pm National Geographic - Aryan Brotherhood. A one hour examination of the American Nazi prison gang, its members and its considerable influence.

Sun 10.30pm BBC2 - Storyville: Once In A Lifetime. The rise and fall of football in America in the 1970s. Perhaps Beckham should have watched this programme before signing up for LA Galaxy!

Mon 16 July 8pm Ch4 - Dispatches: The Great Green Smoke. Tom Clarke argues that suggestions to counter global warming have little real effect.

Tuesday 17 July 11pm ITV 1 - Bouncers. A seven part series devoted to the people who throw you out of nightclubs.

Weds 18 July 7.55pm Ch4 - The Political Slot. A call for the abolition of the Child Support Agency.

10pm ITV4 - Henry: Portrait of a Serial Killer. Much hyped on its release in 1986.

10.30pm BBC4 - Storyville: Every Good Marriage begins With Tears. The opposition to arranged marriages. Dare they mention the most famous arranged marriage in British history - Charles and Diana?

Thursday 19 July 10.30pm Ch4 - Nazi Pop Twins. A documentary about American Nazi teenage singers Prussian Blue. What's the betting they rebel by the time they are 18, and are both married to black guys before they are 21?

Fri 20 July 7.30pm BBC1 - Building Britain: The Clyde. The always strained Muriel Gray looks at the waterfront regeneration project.
